The production process of polyester masterbatch!

1. Selection of raw materials

The main raw materials of polyester masterbatch are polyester resin and color masterbatch pigment. The selection of polyester resin should meet the requirements of the product, and formulated in proportion, stable color and quality, and there should be no foreign bodies. The pigment should be selected with high quality and stable masterbatch.

2. Mix

Mixing the proportion of pigment and polyester resin, the use of automatic mixing machine for mixing, to ensure that the proportion of mixing accurate and uniform. In the process of mixing, flow AIDS and molding AIDS can also be added.

3. Processing

The mixed material is put into the extruder, the resin particles are extruded by high temperature and high pressure, and the polyester masterbatch of various specifications required by the product is obtained by cooling, drawing and crushing with water. It should be noted here that the temperature needs to be controlled during processing to avoid runaway situations.

Step 4 Form

The good polyester masterbatch will be customized according to customer needs, generally need to cooperate with plastic injection molding, extrusion and other processing methods for secondary processing.

5. Quality inspection

Quality inspection is an important link in the production process of polyester masterbatch, mainly through quality testing equipment and manual sample inspection, detection indicators including appearance, chroma, gray, melt flow rate, etc., to ensure stable and reliable product quality.
